• Prospective buyers are strongly advised to visit the MahaRERA website at maharera.mahaonline.gov.in to verify project details, approvals, and disclosures.
• Any sale of units is subject to the terms of the registered Agreement for Sale under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA).
• Buyer rights, refund policies, and grievance redressal mechanisms are governed by MahaRERA regulations.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maharashtra, India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

For matters relating to the Project, the provisions of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 and MahaRERA regulations shall prevail.

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
